This morning in Abel Tasman National Park was one of the mornings I learned that getting up early is always worth it, well.. yeah every fifth or tenth time when you get such an amazing sunrise like this one in . A got up really really early that morning and, to be honest, in the beginning I didn’t dare to climb these cliffs because it was too dark.. Damn thats why you usually bring a headlamp.. Well no points for Gryffindor this time. After it got I bit brighter I finally found the courage to climb up there and I was presented with an already very beautiful sky. So I set up my camera and shot through the whole sunrise. And I tell you, it got better and better, so I shot something over 300 frames that morning. This is my first approach to process one of the shots, or better two, since it is a blend of two exposures.
If you ever get to travel around New Zealand you should definitely do the Abel Tasman Coast Track, where you are encountered with some of the most diverse and beautiful fauna and flora on the planet. Not only getting the ability to camp there almost all by yourself but also the beautiful campsites just by the beach make it one of most amazing spots in New Zealand
